At Desmal, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with the return.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us through our official communication channels with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Refundable Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any customs duties or taxes paid are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
