At Desmal, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how order cancellations are handled.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before the order has been processed, whichever comes first. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through our official communication channels with your order number.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will not be possible and the order will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.

Desmal’s Right to Cancel

Desmal reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
